Ok… hear me rant.

I never liked this SME. I remember this SME rolling her eyes and being kinda rude just because we overstayed at Columbia after our training. I remember, oh so vividly, when she said “I’ll smack you, literally, on the back of your head if I dont see you following responsive.” Hhmmm… really? What about the time, when she poured water over our heads while in a call? She may find it funny and entertaining … it ain’t for most of us whom she victimized. How she “bothers” us while we are speaking with a customer by rocking our chairs, turning off the monitor, locking the pc … and yes, even closing the notepad. Thus, resulting to me losing ALL my notes for that particular call. Oh yes, I remember that day… I was so frustrated, annoyed, pissed …. hate to admit it but she fucking made me cry. How insensitive of her. I was having a hard time as it is … oh well…

So she went back home December, but now she’s back. Unfortunately, she handles our team … she “supports” the phone launch wave 1. I was hoping for JUAN.

So today, she was kinda bitchy … First incident happened in the morning, she made one agent move to another station just because he’s not part of the Launch team…what the?!?! Pero by lunch time, 3 hindi part ng Launch nman ang nakaupo na sa area namin. Hindi nman nya masita. Seat sharing! haler! Nakikisama pa sa mga tsismisan … feeling close with us itong SME na ito.

And with my one moment of weakness…Nagsuplada na naman ang lesbiyanang lola mo. Nax! I took an ADSL call kse. Nagalit at nangaral na naman… yadda..yadda…yadda! Whatever!

Made me realize… that yeah, I (strongly… really) DONT LIKE HER. I KNOW SHE DOESN’T LIKE ME EITHER. SO QUITS LANG! I don’t give a sh*t, hindi naman ako nangangarap na maging close sa kanya. Sino ba sya?!?! Magsama sila ni ACE coach!

Shaui, bitter?!?! Hindi! Talagang tumataas lang ang kilay ko sa kanila!

So it’s your job to help us… what can I do? If I need help I WILL ask you. pero hindi ko tatanawing utang-na-loob yun sa yo! DUH!

The best pa rin si JUAN PENATO!!! … then Jeremy … then Sam. The rest di ko masyadong kilala eh.

Feeling ko rin, palpak na naman ako sa QA ko kanina… hahahaha… what’s wrong with me, nagpapabaya na sa QA?!?! Barabara na sa calls!!!
